I tried to order a garden cart to be delivered in the Topeka store for pick up but I could not - because the site only showed pick up in Wichita Ks. So I went to my Topeka Home Depot and a very helpful Customer Service person "RHYLEE" processed my order and assured me It would come to my Topeka Home Depot. She was very helpful & I give her & Home Depot 5 STARS ! THANKS.

We used the Home Depot flooring services as a quick, easy, and cheaper option for our house that we were selling. They didn’t measure correctly- we had leftover products that cannot be returned thus wasting our money. They started the project but left 1/3 of it then it took me having to go to the store after speaking to the floor specialist multiple times not to mention all the times I called and did not receive a call back. They did eventually finish the project but I was very disappointed in their lack of communication, dedication, and wastefulness. I don’t recommend their services to anyone and will not be using them in the future for any similar projects. The store itself is fine.

To the girl working in the Paint Dept at around 1130am on 6/8/26. Your paint matching system was down, but you were about to take numbers off a paint sample card that was 6 yrs old and create a perfect match for my wife and I. KUDOS for an excellent job, the paint you made matched perfectly!! YOU GET 5 STARS!!! With that being said, we called the store to tell your manager how pleased we were with the service we received from YOU. Trying to get ahold of a manager was like pulling teeth. I got treated like dirt, hung up on, disconnected, passed around to 8 different people, and still never got a Mgr. We called back 5 times, same treatment every time. FINALLY some lady answers the phone, after being passed around to 6 people this time....and she says "CAN I HELP YOU!! (very rude).. I said "is THIS is store Mgr, she doesn't answer, she just says "what do you need" ...i said i need to know if this is a Mgr or not because i have been passed around to multiple people and none of them were a Mgr...she just replies with "What do you need". So i asked her again..."are you the store manager", she says "I'm one of them, what do you need" (again, done in a rude way). I told her i was calling f

I had a curbside pickup order I placed at 6pm today, when I arrived for it the app wasn’t loading my order details. I called and waited for 5 minutes before getting hung up on. I called again, a guy answered and I said please don’t hang up, I have a curbside pickup order that isn’t loading order details in the app. He said curbside pick up closes at 6 and I had no way of knowing that. It didn’t tell me that whenever I placed the order? And it didn’t tell me that in the text message I got that said it was ready at 7 o’clock. He said I had to come in and get it, I said well I’m in my PJ’s is there any way to honor the curbside pick up and he rudely said better put some clothes on. Normally, I like Home Depot… Unfortunately this interaction has put a bad taste in my mouth. Whoever was working customer service 4/6 at 7pm, you were not nice.

Taylor with customer service was amazing!! We had just left Lowe’s where their unwillingness and excuses portrayed nothing but laziness we went to Home Depot..where they price matched and provided someone to load up our purchase as soon as we hit the parking lot!! Their customer service team worked extremely well together helping with concerns and questions that they had for each other so they could provide us with real answers and not excuses like we got from Lowe’s. I was extremely happy and will be back.
